Head Coach Randy Dalzell announced the addition of James Fincher from Central Arizona College. Fincher attended Mojave High School in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was a high place in the NIAA 3A State Track and Field Championships in the 3200 and 1600 his senior year in high school. In addition to running for two more years at Central Arizona, he had personal bests of 32:47 for 10,000m, 26:23 for 8K cross country and 10:34 in the 3000m steeplechase. He will be a junior exercise science major starting school next month in January and will compete in all three sports of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for TXWES.
